ROCKLAND – Rockland residents voting for city council members in November will see three names on the ballot. Gregory Mason and Lisa Westkaemper will vie against incumbent councilor Valli Geiger for the two open seats.

Though Mason took out paperwork in August, two weeks after applications became available, he officially filed his intent on the last day of the deadline, September 25, according to City Clerk Stuart Sylvester.

Both Geiger and Westkaemper filed on September 22.

Below is the list of candidate for the November 7, 2017 Municipal Election in the order that they will appear on the ballot:

Candidates for RSU #13 Board of Directors (1 seat):

Bachofner, Carol W.

Candidates for Warden (1 seat):

Avirett, Chelsea M.

10 Fulton Street

There is no candidate for the Ward Clerk seat, and there are no declared write-in candidates for any of the seats.
