Rockport Police beat: OUI, speeding, arrest warrant

    ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Sept. 13-30. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    Late Entries

    Carlton Elliott, 29, of Waldoboro, was charged by Officer Travis Ford with operating after habitual operating revocation.

    Earl Leathers, 32, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Ford for operating after suspension.

    Sept. 13

    Amanda Pryor, 38, of Rockport, was charged by Officer Tony Del Vecchio with operating under the influence.

    Sept. 18

    Joseph Hills 30, of Waldo, was issued a summons by Del Vecchio with operating after suspension.

    Sharon Landry, 66, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Del Vecchio for speeding 44 mph n a 35 mph zone.

    Sept. 21

    Alexander J. Lohn, 29, of Pompton Plains, N.J., was issued a summons by Officer Chris Taylor for failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle.

    James Metcalfe, 45, of Union, was issued a summons by Officer Jacob Powers for speeding 44 mph in a 35 mph zone.

    Sept. 27

    Nicholas Curtis, 32, of Albion, was arrested by Taylor on a warrant.

    Michael Marble, 27, of Camden, was issued a summons by Sgt. Jim Moore for inspection and insurance violations.

    Gary Blanchard, 60, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Del Vecchio for speeding 44 mph in a 35 mph zone.

    Sept. 30

    Nicholas Leclair, 29, of Lewiston, was issued a summons by Ford for failure to register vehicle 30-150 days.

    Tyler Fritzges, 22, of Hinckley, UT, was issued a summons by Taylor for speeding 59 mph in a 40 mph zone.
