Rockport Police beat: OUI, failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Oct. 31-Nov. 8. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Oct. 31
Michelle Booth, 43, of Camden, was issued a summons by Sgt. Jim Moore for passing a stopped school bus.
Nov. 1
Sawyer E. Pillsbury, 22, of Cushing, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Taylor for insurance violation.
Nov. 5
Greta Baeza, 77, of Rockport, was charged by Taylor with operating under the influence.
Scott R. Mansfield, 52, of Warren, was issued a summons by Taylor for speeding 59 mph in a 35 mph zone.
Nov. 7
James E. McConnell, 39, of North Yarmouth, was issued a summons by Taylor for failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle.
Nov. 8
Randall Flood, 53, of Castine, was charged by Taylor with criminal speed. (49 mph in a 15 mph zone)
Dennis J. Sontus, 64, of Bristol. R.I., was issued a summons by Taylor for failure to maintain control of motor vehicle.
