Rockport Police beat: Inspection violations, inadequate tires

    ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Dec. 17-25. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    Dec. 17

    Tana R. Jacques, 37, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Officer Travis Ford for inspection violation.

    Dec. 18

    Anthony Fitch, 51, of Owls Head, was issued a summons by Ford for speeding 45 mph in a 30 mph zone.

    John P. Hesch, 69, of Liberty, was issued a summons by Ford for inspection violation.

    Dec. 21

    Daniel Gallant, 27, of Kenduskeag, was issued a summons by Sgt. Jim Moore for inspection violation and operating after suspension.

    Dec. 23

    Alan Cross II, 21, of Hope, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Taylor for insurance violation and inadequate tires.

    Dec. 25

    Arlen Briggs, 21, of Hope, was issued a summons by Taylor for operating after suspension.
