Rockport Police beat: Driving with studded tires, OUI, arrest warrant

    ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity June 4-18. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    June 4

    Nicole Dube, 33, of Rockport, was arrested by Officer Jacob Powers on a warrant.

    June 6

    Jessica M. Knight, 29, of Montville, was charged by Officer Chris Taylor with operating after suspension, insurance violation.

    June 7

    Michael J. Poor, 49, of Cushing, was issued a summons by Taylor for failure to maintain control of motor vehicle.

    Kurtis Rome-Bertrand, 25, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Taylor with an expired registration under 150 days.

    June 10

    Arlen B. Riggs, 63, of Hope, was issued a summons by Powers for speeding 58 mph in a 40 mph zone.

    Austen Jackomino, 29, of Rockland, was charged by Taylor with operating under the influence, violating conditions of release.

    June 17

    Renee Maine, 44, of Hope, was issued a summons by Sgt. Jim Moore for operating to avoid traffic control device.

    June 18

    Stephanie Mank, 25, of Hope, was issued a summons by Officer Travis Ford for inspection violation.

    Aaron Creamer, 33, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Officer Tony Del Vecchio for studded tires.
