Rockport Police beat: Criminal mischief, inspection violations, expired registrations
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Jan. 25-Feb. 5. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Jan. 25
Christopher T. Long, 40, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Officer Jacob Powers for failure to register vehicle 30-150 days.
Jan. 26
Ashley E. Upham, 31, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Taylor for expired registration 30-150 days.
Sarah J. Spear, 19, of Cushing, was issued a summons by Taylor for failure to have insurance bond; operating after suspension.
Bradley King, 30, of Burnham, was issued by Taylor for expired registration 30-150 days.
Jan. 28
Gaven A. Soule, 20, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Travis Ford for inspection violation.
Carol Moran, 76, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Ford for criminal mischief.
Feb. 3
Andrew J. Roy, 29, of Owls Head, was issued a summons by Taylor for inspection violation.
Feb. 4
Gary Grayson, 66, of Union, was issued a summons by Ford for inspection violation.
Feb. 5
Robert E. Day, 64, of Warren, was issued a summons by Ford for inspection violation.
