Rockport Police beat: Arrest warrants, insurance, inspection violations

    ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Feb. 7-19. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    Feb. 7

    Haley Hansler, 32, of Farmington, N.H., was arrested by Officer Chris Taylor on a warrant.

    Michael Ditroia, 60, of Rochester, N.H., was arrested by Sgt. Jim Moore on a warrant.

    Feb. 8

    Irene Rhode, 20, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Moore for speeding 61 mph in a 40 mph zone.

    Feb. 9

    Oliver J. Perkins, 34, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Taylor for insurance violation.

    Feb. 10

    Alexander K. Brown, 48, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Officer Travis Ford for inspection violation.

    Barbara Louder, 28, of Washington, was issued a summons by Ford for insurance violation.

    Donald Monahan, 63, of Camden, was issued a summons by Taylor for expired registration over 150 days.

    Feb. 13

    William Doniel, 40, of Warren, was arrested by Moore on a warrant.

    Feb. 14

    John Osterday, 42, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Taylor for operating without a license.

    Feb. 16

    Joshua W. Peaslee, 32, of Rockport, was charged by Taylor with violating condition of release, operating after suspension.

    Feb. 18

    Shel A. Marcotte, 38, of Appleton, was issued a summons by Officer Jacob Powers for operating after suspension.

    Thomas R. Glaude, 59, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Ford for inspection violation.

    Feb. 19

    Tammy L. Rodrigues, 55, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Ford for producing insurance not in effect.
