MONROE- Randy Grass, 60, of Monroe passed away on May 11, 2019 at his residence. 

He was born in Belfast on January 21st 1959, the only son of Bill and Doris Grass. He was the much loved brother of Vicky, Karen, Sandra and Linda. Randy spent his entire life living in Monroe.

During his lifetime he worked at Maplewood, Penobscot Poultry, Waldo CAP and Bank of America. Randy truly enjoyed his moments outside of work spending his time with family and friends. He most enjoyed his many trips to the northern Maine woods with his dear friends the Curry family. When relaxing Randy could be found cracking jokes, enjoying beverages and eating good food with friends and family.

Randy is survived by his sisters Vicky York of Stockton Springs, Karen Goldsmith and her husband David of Lisbon, Sandra Stevenson and her husband Randy of Knox and Linda Clark and her husband Maurice of Frankfort, his beloved Aunt Betty Ivey of Houlton, many nephews, nieces, grand nieces and nephews. He leaves behind many dear friends that were so very important to Randy. The family would like to mention special friends Neil and Sue McKay, Jeff and Olga Rumney, the Curry family and Dana and Joan Jackson.

Visiting hours will be held from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday May 16, 2019 at Riposta Funeral Home 182 Waldo Ave. Belfast. A funeral will follow at 1 p.m.  Interment will be at Pilgrim's Home in Monroe.
