ROCKPORT — Bettina Doulton, owner of Phi Builders + Architects, appointed Charles “Charlie” Frattini as director of general contracting. He succeeds Rob Troxler and Will Power, “who have dedicated nearly 15 years to the development of our company,” said Doulton, in a news release.

“Charlie brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial and residential construction in the New York City area to his new role,” she said. “A former United States Marine, Charlie has leadership skills to match his industry experience making him a tremendous asset for the General Contracting team.

“As General Contracting Director, Charlie will oversee all client projects and manage our in-house carpentry crew, projects managers, and subcontractors. His top priority is our clients.  Focusing on quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and staying on budget and schedule, Charlie prides himself on making every client feel as if they are our only one.

On behalf of all of us at Phi, I thank Rob and Will for their years of tireless dedication to this company and wish them much success in their future endeavors. I look for our team, lead by Charlie, to build on the culture in place and tackle future opportunities with new perspectives and energy.”
