Patient and Family Advisory Council seeks new members

ROCKPORT — The Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) of Pen Bay Medical Center (PBMC) and Waldo County General Hospital (WCGH) is seeking new community and healthcare members.

Members of the Patient and Family Advisory Council are current and former patients, family members of patients, and current staff of PBMC and WCGH healthcare facilities and practices.

Their goal is to work together to help PBMC and WCGH continuously improve patient and family healthcare experiences.

Ideally, the PFAC should be a diverse group of individuals who represent both the community and the staff at both organizations, according to a news release. The PFAC is seeking members who have had positive, negative or a mix of experiences at PBMC and WCGH.
