WALDOBORO — The Medomak Valley High School softball coaching staff will be holding four Sunday evening to assist girls in third through sixth grades within RSU #40 get their arms loose and ready for the upcoming softball season. 

Sessions will be held on Feb. 10, 17, 24 and March 3 from 6 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. in the high school’s gymnasium. 

The staff requests participants bring a glove and water bottle. Pitchers must bring a friend or parent as catcher. 

There is no cost to participate in the sessions.
