SEARSMONT — Marie L. Fuller, 80, passed away suddenly on November 11, 2017. Marie was born in Belfast on June 29, 1937 to the late Francois and Blanche (Wing) Roy. She grew up in Liberty until she married her beloved husband Ronald on October 23, 1954. They lived in and raised their four sons in Searsmont.

Marie started Fullers Construction in 1968 and was still working as the bookkeeper for the business. She was also a head start teacher and cleaned homes. She loved going to yard sales and traveling up north in her camper with Russell and Darlene, but mostly she cherished spending time with her grandchildren.

Marie is predeceased by her parents and by her dear friend and mentor Mrs. Flint. Surviving are her husband of 63 years Ronald Fuller Sr.; her sons, Ronald Jr., Edwin and his wife Susan, Russell and his wife Darlene and Donald and his wife Stephanie; her brothers, Francois and his wife Faye and Richard; her sister Sandy Hover; her grandchildren, Tina, Mark, Michael, Heidi, Eric, Heather, Janie, Jackson, Charles, Moriah, Todd, Amy Jean, Ryan, Annie, Jeff and Tara; her 19 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild and many nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends. Marie also leaves behind her loving dogs, Lucky and Shadow.

A celebration of life will be held at the Searsmont Town Office at 12 p.m. on Saturday November 18, 2017. Those who wish may make donations in Marie's memory to Pet Food Pantry, 34 Field Street, Belfast, ME. Arrangements have been entrusted to Riposta Funeral Home.
