Man accused of unlawful sexual touching at Rockland salon

    ROCKLAND — An employee of a Rockland nail salon was issued a summons by police after he allegedly sexually touched a woman while he was at work.

    Luan M. Zu, 46, was issued a summons by Rockland police Sunday, May 19, for misdemeanor unlawful sexual touching. 

    Rockland Police Chief Chris Young confirmed that the incident occurred May 18, while Zu was working at Mainely Nails in Rockland. The victim of the offense was a customer.

    A court date for Zu has not yet been scheduled.
