TENANTS HARBOR — Jackson Memorial Library will host an exhibition entitled “Maine Landscape: 2 Views” featuring painters Lisa Kyle and Diane Noble.

The show begins March 6 and runs through April 12.

Waldoboro resident Lisa Kyle, painting in the tradition of the Impressionists, strives to capture the effect of light in the landscape, reaching for an elusive moment of peace and serenity in an otherwise chaotic world, according to Jackson Memorial Library, in a news release.

Diane Noble, of Biddeford, is attracted to the wide open spaces of fields, rivers, coves and marshes of coastal Maine, and travels throughout the area, always open to the discovery of a new vista.
