Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Jan. 27-Feb. 9.

    Donna M. Billings, 50, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery both in Warren Nov. 6, 2020, 24 months in jail with all but four months suspended, probation two years, restitution $5361.88; violating condition of release in Warren Nov. 6, 2020, 10 days in jail.

    Benjamin Coulter, 21, of Rockland, gross sexual assault, two counts, domestic violence aggravated assault, two counts, unlawful sexual touching, and domestic violence assault all in Rockland Oct. 7, 2022, incompetent to stand trial.

    Aaron L. Daggett, 44, of Lincolnville, violating protection from abuse order in Rockport June 14, 2022, dismissed; improper victim contact pre-bail in Rockland Jan. 21, 2023, dismissed.

    Sonni E. Labrie, 34, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Union July 22, 2022, dismissed.                                                                                                                                          

    Scott Landry, 45, of Chelsea, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Warren March 5, 2021, eight months in jail; misuse of identification in Warren March 5, 2021, four months in jail.

    Duane G. Natale, 45 of Rockland, failing to make oral or written accident report, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, and violating condition of release, all in Rockland Nov. 28, 2021, seven days in jail for each charge.

    Amanda E. Nicely, 38, of Camden, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Camden June 12, 2023, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; failing to make oral or written accident report in Camden June 12, 2023, $350 fine.

    Peter John O’Hara, 41, of Memphis, Tenn., violating protection from abuse order on Vinalhaven July 28, 2021, 10 days in jail; violating protection from abuse order on Vinalhaven Sept. 4, 2022, four months in jail with all but 10 days suspended, probation one year; violating condition of release on Vinalhaven Sept. 4, 2022, 10 days in jail.

    Ariel S. Power, 22, of Hope, violating condition of release in Hope Feb. 2, 2024, 48 hours in jail.

    Justin Richards, 34, of Tenants Harbor, failure to comply with sex offender registry act, first offense, in St. George July 25, 2023, seven days in jail.

    Leisha Robtoy, 32, of Camden, allowing dog to be at large in Rockport Dec. 5, 2023, $100 fine.

    Jason M. Taylor, 47, of Camden, eluding an officer in Camden July 17, 2022, three years in jail with all but four months suspended, probation one year; violating condition of release in Camden July 17, 2022, 120 days in jail.
