    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from May 27- May 31.

    Anthony Bates, 56, of Rockport, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Rockland  March 3, 2019, $250 fine.

    Paula J. Benner, 56, of Washington, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, in Washington March 16, 2018, $700 fine, 10 days in jail, license suspended three years.

    Stacie M. Bennett, 57, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), dismissed; failing to make oral or written accident report in Rockland Aug. 29, 2018 in Rockland, $150 fine; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $250 fine.

    Paul Boisclair, 35, of Searsport, trafficking in prison contraband in Warren Nov. 7, 2018, three years in jail with all but six months suspended, probation one year.

    Nicholas Campbell, 38, of Warren, domestic violence terrorizing in Warren Feb. 25, 2019, dismissed; criminal mischief in Warren Feb. 25, 2019, restitution $50, unconditional discharge; terrorizing in Warren Feb. 25, 2019, $250 fine.

    Joe P. Clancy, 31, of Phippsburg, untagged lobster traps, Chapter 25, in Matinicus Feb. 3, 2019, $1050 fine.

    Hugh Craney, 51, of Friendship, domestic violence assault, two counts, in Friendship Jan. 24, 2019, both dismissed; domestic violence criminal threatening in Friendship Jan. 24, 2019, $250 fine, seven days in jail.

    Dimitra M. Crudell, 26, of Waldoboro, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors in Cushing Nov. 19, 2018, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking to transfer in Cushing Nov. 19, 2018, 30 days in jail, $140 restitution.

    Jade E. Cummings, 25, of South Thomaston, failing to make oral or written accident report in Rockland Feb. 16, 2019, unconditional discharge; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident in Rockland Feb. 16, 2019, unconditional discharge.

    Philip E. Davis, 28, of Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland March 11, 2019, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Erron Dionne, 41, of Vassalboro, harassment in Rockport March 2, 2019, dismissed.

    Adam Ronald Doherty, 25, of Rockport, forgery, two counts, in Rockport Dec. 20, 2018, dismissed; forgery, two counts, in Rockport Dec. 20, 2018, four years in jail with all but one year suspended, probation two years, restitution $1300; criminal mischief  in Rockport Jan. 12, 2019, 90 days in jail, restitution $300.

    John O. Ellis, 52, of Mexico, disorderly conduct in Owls Head Feb. 3, 2019, dismissed.

    Raheem A. James, 25, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockport April 6, 2019, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior in Rockland May 17, 2019, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail; operating vehicle without license in Rockland May 17, 2019, 48 hours in jail.

    Sebastian M. Jeszke, 45, of Rockland, domestic violence criminal threatening, criminal mischief, assault, two counts, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, in Rockland on April 22, 2019, all counts dismissed.

    Jennifer Kunn, 30, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, in Rockland April 27, 2019, $500 fine; violating condition of release in Rockland April 27, 2019, 48 hours in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, two counts in Rockland April 27, 2019, both dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland April 27, 2019, dismissed; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident in Rockland Feb. 1, 2019, $150 fine; failure to make oral or written accident report in Rockland Feb. 1, 2019, dismissed.

    Craig Leonard, 76, of Union, assault in Union Feb. 23, 2019, dismissed.

    Joshua Louder, 27, of Washington, operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockport Feb. 21, 2019, $500 fine.

    James G. Main, Jr., 34, of Rockport, criminal mischief in Camden April 6, 2019, $250 fine.

    Michael B. Molloy, 29, of Rockland, criminal mischief March 3, 2019, $500 fine, restitution $379.17.

    Jason D. Patterson, 47, of St. George, aggravated assault in St. George Nov. 16, 2016, five years in jail with all but nine months suspended, probation two years. Patterson was indicted by the Knox County grand jury on Aug. 9, 2017. According to court documents, he used a flashlight to cause bodily injury to the victim.

    Nicholas A. Pease, 32, of Warren, aggravated assault in Washington March 22, 2019, dismissed.

    Camron L. Yant Peters, 23, of Rockport, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Jan. 11, 2019, $400 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 14 days suspended, probation one year.

    Sarah Pike, 30, of Appleton, operating while license suspended or revoked in Union Aug. 20, 2018, $600 fine.

    Ashley Robinson, 33, of Cushing, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Warren Oct. 13, 2018, dismissed; criminal conspiracy in Warren Oct. 13, 2018, dismissed; unlawful furnishing in scheduled drug in Warren Oct. 13, 2018, $400 fine, two years in prison all suspended, probation two years.

    Dylan Tedford, 26, of Edgecomb, domestic violence assault in Warren Feb. 27, 2019, 364 days in jail all suspended, probation two years.

    Joseph Thurston, 31, of Rockland, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Friendship March 1, 2018, $400 fine, six years in prison with all but three years suspended, probation three years. Following a two-month investigation, the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency said five members of the same family have been arrested for importing and selling fentanyl in the Midcoast.

    Over the past two months, agents from the MDEA Midcoast District Task Force, with assistance from the Knox and Lincoln County Sheriff’s Offices, and Rockland and Maine State Police, were investigating a family selling the drug in Knox County, according to the Maine State Police.

    During the investigation, agents learned family members were traveling to New Bedford, Massachusetts, several times a week to purchase fentanyl, which they would resell in Knox and Lincoln counties, according to a news release from the State Police.

    Nicholas A. Westervelt, 36, of Union, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Jan. 18, 2019, $1000 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.
