Knox County Criminal Docket, closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Aug. 20-24.

    Alan E. Bernardo, 31, of Hope, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $750 fine.

    Christopher Billings, 28, of Waldoboro, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, 10 days in jail; violating condition of release, 10 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 10 days in jail.

    Billings was arrested by Rockland police on Aug. 21 at approximately 11 p.m. after eluding officers for about an hour.

    Officers were previously called to a possible domestic violence situation on Union Street, according to the police affidavit.

    Police reported that Billings gave them a false name, which ended up belonging to another individual who was also wanted by police.

    Billings jumped from a porch railing to escape from police.

    Officers from Thomaston police, the Knox County Sheriff’s Office and Belfast police with a K-9 (canine) also assisted with apprehending Billings.

    After a search lasting for about an hour, police located and apprehended Billings nearby in Rockland. He was arrested for outstanding warrants and transported to the Knox County Jail, according to the affidavit.

    Tyler Brackett, 24, of Union, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.

    Duncan Crossman, 34, of Camden, operating under the influence (alcohol), dismissed; violating condition of release, $250 fine; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days,

    Zachary James Curtis, 28, of Albion, assault, $300 fine, seven days in jail.

    William E. Cusumano, 61, of Thomaston, assault, $300 fine.

    Lisa Dehlinger, 50, of Vinalhaven, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

    Joshua W. Ellis, 33, of Rockland, operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 30 days in jail; failing to stop for an officer, 30 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, prior, $500 fine, three years in prison with all but one year suspended, probation one year, restitution $119.99; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

    Zachary D. Gillespie, 26, of Owls Head, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    Jeffrey E. Godard, 32, of South Thomaston, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $500 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, $500 fine.

    Peter Hass, 55, of Rockland, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Michelle Lee Howe, 46, of Warren, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, two counts, dismissed.

    Clara Malmstrom, 42, of Rockland, criminal mischief, $350 fine.

    Kenneth J. Miller, 36, of Camden, operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine; 30 days in jail.

    Mohamud A. Mohamed, 40, of Warren, aggravated assault, 18 months in jail; trafficking in prison contraband, six months in jail.

    Callyn Molloy, 56, of Thomaston, probation violation for orginal conviction of domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Bruce Oclair, 37, of Cushing, violating condition of release, two counts, 14 days in jail; operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, 14 days in jail, license suspended three years, registration suspended.

    Clyson Leroy Peters, 62, of Thomaston, assault, dismissed; criminal trespass, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.

    Dayton Poland, 19, of Rockland, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

    Devin V. Ranquist, 32, of South Thomaston, violating condition of release, two counts, 35 days in jail; operating under the influence (alcohol and drugs or combination)-no test, two counts, $600, 35 days in jail, license suspended 270 days.

    Aaron Robinson, 38, of Warren, illegal possession of firearm, six months in jail; theft by receiving stolen property, two counts, six months in jail.

    Devyn S. Robinson, 30, of Palmyra, probation violation for original conviction of passing a roadblock, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; probation violation for original conviction of burglary, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; probation violation for original conviction of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Linwood Sedgwick, 31, of Rockland, operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.

    Joseph E. Snow, 38, of South Thomaston, possessing lobster beyond minimum or maximum, $2800 fine, suspended $1800.

    Chad E. Sproul Sr., 42, of Warren, probation violation for original conviction of criminal threatening, three years in jail with all but nine months suspended, probation two years; operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1000 fine, three years in jail with all but nine months suspended, probation two years.

    Paul F. Stewart Jr., 55, of Unity, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

    Asa K. Knauff Thompson, 33, of Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Florin A. Ungureanu, 30, of Portland, operating under the influence (alcohol), $1000 fine, license suspended 150 days.
