Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from July 30-Aug. 3.

    Tammy Boyington, 47, of Augusta, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed.

    Lance Chipman, 31, of Rockland, violating condition of release, 72 hours in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.

    Zachary Collins, 19, of Camden, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

    Carlton J. Elliott, 29, of Waldoboro, probation violation for original conviction of eluding an officer, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Kayla M. Faller, 20, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, one year in jail with all but seven days suspended, probation one year.

    Brian Thomas Rockett, 63, of Owls Head, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.

    Cody A. Gnosini Rubenstein, 27, of Rockport, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

    Michael J. Ruvido, 24, of Appleton, operating vehicle without license, two counts, 48 hours in jail; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
