Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKPORT—The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from July 23-27.

    Abagail W. Ames, 29, of Rockland, endangering the welfare of a child, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

    Nathan Ames, 39, of St. George, engaging in prostitution, 60 days in jail all suspended, administrative release sentence, one year. Ames was charged March 16 by Rockland Detective Alex Gaylor for engaging a prostitute following an investigation. 

    Beginning on Jan. 11, the Rockland Police Department began receiving complaints of an adult male using Facebook in an attempt to solicit sex from various local women in exchange for money. 

    Gaylor, who posed as a female on Facebook, made contact with Ames. They began a conversation and during that conversation Ames offered what he thought was a female money for sex. The two agreed to meet at a prearranged location. Ames arrived and was charged by Gaylor for engaging a prostitute, a Class E crime. 

    The Camden Police Department assisted in the investigation.

    Matthew S. Catalano, 35, of Cushing, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine, seven days in jail; violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

    Adam Clark, 32, of Camden, theft by unauthorized use of property, $500 fine.

    Jade E. Cummings, 24, of Northport, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Craig A. Curtis, 20, of Hope, illegally harvesting alewife, $100 fine.

    Makaela Dean, 18, of Rockland, minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.

    Penny E. Dearborn, 62, of Rockland, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

    Meghan D. Delaney, 31, of Frankfort, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine; restitution $48.96.

    William J. Eustis, 29, of Rockland, criminal conspiracy, dismissed; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; theft by receiving stolen property, 30 days in jail.

    Mark Fitzgerald, 43, of Rockland, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $500 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, dismissed.

    Dylan Gray, 20, of Rockland, marijuana: under 21 years of age, $350 fine.

    Hendrix Hallowell, 18, of Rockland, assault, $300 fine, 60 days in jail; violating condition of release, two counts, 60 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 60 days in jail; criminal trespass, 60 days in jail.

    Lewey Harnois, Jr., 33, of Princeton, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

    Kaitlynne L. Hayward, 29, of Rockland, driving to endanger, dismissed.

    Kaylee M. Heino, 19, of Hartsville, S.C., terrorizing, seven days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, seven days in jail.

    Kyle G. Hills, 31, of Tenants Harbor, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, 270 days in jail with all but 21 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years, registration suspended.

    Ryan Kelly, 30, of Castine, operating under the influence (alcohol), dismissed; violating condition of release, unconditional discharge; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    Christopher M. Labbe, 46, of Warren, indecent conduct, eight years in prison.

    Ryan D. Lane, 24, of Bangor, assault on an officer, two counts, one year in prison.

    Samuel Lash, 31, of Friendship, vessel operation, $500 fine.

    Mark B. Leclair, 37, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, 30 days in jail, license suspended three years, registration suspended, probation violation for original conviction of domestic violence assault, 80 days in jail, probation partially revoked.

    Joseph Malburg Sr., 51, of Warren, unlawful possession of gift deer, $150 fine.

    Robert Maloney, 24, of Cushing, attaching false plates, $150 fine.

    Tylor Miller, 23, of Camden, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Brian E. Monaghan, 48, of Tenants Harbor, operating under the influence (alcohol), $750 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    George S. Nelson, 69, of Friendship, discharging firearm near dwelling, $200 fine.

    Dwayne Noyes, 49, of Union, fail to notify of commercial harvest, $250 fine.

    Kristie J. Pass, 28, of Liberty, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.

    Lisa Stanley Pearse, 48, of Rockport, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Bennett G. Perry, 24, of Lincolnville, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; operating vehicle without license, $250 fine.

    Jossilyn M. Robbins, 33, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; violating condition of release, $250 fine; operating after registration suspended, $250 fine.

    Brandon Robillard, 29, of Warren, criminal mischief, 20 days in jail, restitution $200.

    Roger E. Rowling Jr., 53, of Cushing, failure to appear after bailed, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed.

    Kayla A. Start, 33, of Rockland, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.
