The classic slapstick comedy, set on a luxury cruise ship, finds Billy Crocker (Caleb Edwards) who has stowed away in hopes of wooing his long-lost love and wealthy debutante, Hope Harcourt (Isabelle Olson). However, Hope is engaged to be married to a stuffy Englishman, Lord Evelyn Oakleigh (Isaih Doble).

Also on the ship are Reno Sweeney (Galadria Scattaloni), an evangelist-turned-nightclub singer, and her four “Angels” (Robyn Walker-Spencer, Annabel Parker, Tatum Dowd, and Sydney Lytton) who provide music and dance entertainment during the crossing. The ship has no sooner set sail than Reno runs into Billy, an old friend, and he persuades her to help him break up Hope’s engagement.

“Moonface” Martin (Matt Nickerson), a gangster known as “Public Enemy 13” and his moll Erma (Elaine Landry) are disguised as a reverend and a missionary, respectively. Billy eventually discovers their true identities and, in exchange for his silence, they agree to help break up Hope and Lord Evelyn.
