CAMDEN-— Three new Trustees were elected at the annual meeting of the Camden-Rockport Historical Society on Wednesday, August 22.

Newly appointed trustees are Larry Goldman, Jenna Lookner and Alison McKellar. 

New flooring and roofing, as well as other improvements and repairs to the Mary Meeker Cramer Museum’s physical plant were announced. Finances and the formation of committees to further the mission of the historical society were also discussed during the meeting. Board members and officers were elected. 

Officers and trustees of the organization are currently cataloging museum collections, exploring a strategic new vision for the organization, and expanding committees to address specific goals and projects.

A beautiful collection of delicate antique is one of the current exhibits at the Museum, and many displays offer glimpses into the history of the area. 

The museum is open 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, and is located just south of Hannaford.
