ROCKPORT — The Camden Hills boys and girls basketball programs will be hosting a joint fundraising event Tuesday, Dec. 4 at the Flatbread Company in Rockport. 

The event will run from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a portion of proceeds from eat-in or take-out sales going towards the Windjammer hoop teams. 

The two teams are raising funds for new gear. 

Both teams will open the regular season on Friday, Dec. 7 with 6:30 p.m. contests against Lincoln Academy. The Windjammer boys will be at home in Rockport, while the Windjammer girls will be on the road in Newcastle.
