THOMASTON — Thomaston Grammar School participates in a School Store fundraiser. At an assembly last week, students were awarded their prizes for sales.

The first place sales people were brothers, Rhys and Asher Hatch. They received every prize on the list.

The top prize was a video game system, the Nintendo Switch. The boys decided to donate that prize to The Landing Place in Rockland.  

Joseph Hufnagel, who runs The Landing Place, was on hand at the assembly to receive the donation.  

The Landing Place is a comprehensive youth program of the Knox County Homeless Coalition.
