LIBERTY — Billy Jo L. Sherman, 38 of Liberty died unexpectedly February 15, 2019. 

 

He was born on October 10, 1980 in Waterville the son of Douglas and Patricia (Ouelette) Sherman Sr. 

 

Billy Jo attended Mount View High School and after began working for MBNA where he worked for many years before it became Bank of America.  Most recently he was working with Green Home Solutions in Belfast.

 

Billy Jo enjoyed time with his family and friends as well as snowmobiling, fishing, watching racing, dancing, detailing cars and construction. He lived with his grandmother, with whom he was very close.

 

He was predeceased by his mother in 2004; as well as his paternal grandfather, and maternal grandparents.

 

Billy Jo is survived by his grandmother, Charlene Sherman, of Liberty; loving father Douglas Sr., of Liberty; his beloved children, Ashley and Jordan, both of Liberty, and Jacob, of Belfast; his older brother, Douglas, Jr., and wife Kayla ,of Liberty; and nieces and nephews Nicholas, Breana, Samantha, Bailey, Lily and Gemma.

 

A memorial service will be held at Riposta Funeral Home 182 Waldo Ave. in Belfast on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 10 a.m.  Memories and condolences may be offered to the family at www.ripostafh.com
