    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity April 13-25.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    April 15

    Antonia Flagg, 29, of Belmont, was issued a summons for assault on an emergency medical service person.

    April 17

    Monique Kandra, 64, of Hampden, was issued summonses for two counts of endangering the welfare of a dependent person and two counts of cruelty to animals on Pownal Road in Auburn. 

    April 24

    Cassandra Lucas, 32, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal trespass.
