Belfast Police beat

    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Jan. 24 - Feb. 6.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    Jan. 24

    Phyllip J. Stevens, 33, of Prospect, was arrested for operating after suspension on Swan Lake Ave.

    Jan. 28

    Donovan Conary, 26, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft on Starrett Drive, stemming from an incident Dec. 5. 

    Ashley Heeter, 36, of Belfast, was issued a summons for possession of a schedule W drug. 

    Paul Elwell, 34, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and false attachments of plates on Back Searsport Road.

    Jan. 29

    Allison F. Brown, 40, of Northport, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and violating a condition of release on Belmont Ave.

    Jan. 30

    Neil Warren, 36, of Swanville, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating a condition of release, false attachment of plates, operating after habitual offender revocation on Searsport Ave.
