BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Sept. 25 - Oct. 1. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Sept. 25

Jackson H. Cromwell, 21, of Westport Island, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a red light on Route 1. 

Sept. 27

Nicki Winchenbach, 34, of Union, was arrested for an unpaid fine and issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Main Street. 

Sept. 28

Peter P. Cousins, 21, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on High Street. 

Anne Dolbashian, 83, of Northport, was issued a summons for failure to yield at a stop sign on Route 1. 

Olivia R. Berez, 19, of Camden, was issued a summons for 59 mph in a 40 mph zone on Northport Avenue.

Sept. 30

Walter A. Von Fricken, 46, of San Franciso, California, was arrested for operating under the influence and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Cedar Street.
