BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Sept. 9-17. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Sept. 9

Hans M. Boelsterli, 22, of Solon, was arrested for (two counts of) failure to appear.

Sam A. Tufts, 31, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Miller Street.

Sept. 11

A Searsmont minor was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Lincolnville Avenue.

Sept. 13

Erik J. Lindquist, 51, of Portland, was arrested for operating under the influence and operating after suspension on Belmont Ave.

Sept. 14

Paul A. Harner, 86, of Fairfield, Pennsylvania, was issued a summons for failure to yield on a public way on Northport Avenue.
