    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Aug. 21 - Sept. 3. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Aug. 10 (late entry)

    Silas Stimpson, 18, of Belfast, was issued summonses for unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, public drinking, illegal possession of liquor by a minor, littering, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Union Street.

    Aug. 21

    Bobbi S. Trask, 32, of Brooks, was issued a summons for failure to yield at a stop sign on Route 1.

    Paul Lawrence, 47, of Brooks, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Head of Tide Road, stemming from an incident Aug.  15.

    Aug. 24

    Sarah M. Collins, 28, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child on Mill Lane.

    Silas Stimpson, 18, of Belmont, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on Commerce Street.

    Aug. 25

    Michael A. Robbins, 36 of Staylon, Oregon, was arrested for operating under the influence on Bridge Street.

    Richard E. Carroll,  26, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence, operating after suspension, and operating with suspended registration on Main Street.

    Aug. 26

    Zachary M. Clarke, 34, of Rockland, was arrested for failure to appear.

    Victor M. Amaro, 36, of Belfast, was arrested for unpaid fines.

    Aug. 30

    Mary F. Morison, 69, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (150+ days past expiration) on Route 1.

    Sept. 1

    Joshua M. Hustus, 41, of Belfast, was issued summonses for violating conditions of release and criminal mischief on High Street.
