BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity April 2-12. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

April 2

Stephen Cummings, 51, of Northport, was arrested for operating under the influence and issued summonses for falsifying criminal evidence and refusing to sign a uniform summons or complaint on Swan Lake Avenue.

April 3

Sam A. Tufts, 30, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on High Street.

April 8

Charles S. Hackett, 75, of Northport, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Route 3.

April 9

Evan L. Pease, 24, of Monroe, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation, failure to provide proof of insurance, and operating after suspension on Route 141.

Lyle Littlefield, 32, of Belfast, was issued a summons for speeding 60 mph in a 45 mph zone on Poors Mill Road.

April 10

Dana L. Swift, 60, of Searsport, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Waldo Avenue.

April 11

Chase R. McIntire, 21, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a red light on Starrett Drive.

Olivia A. Kimball, 21, of Swanville, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Main Street.

April 12

Heather M. Boyer, 41, of Prospect, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Route 1.
