Belfast Police beat: theft, OUI, failure to stop

    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Jan. 20-29. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Jan. 20

    Chasidy Cunningham, 42, of Belmont, was issued a summons for negotiating a worthless instrument on Swan Lake Avenue, stemming from an incident Nov. 15.

    Jan. 21

    Alyssa Page, 40, of Winterport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on City Point Road.

    Jan. 24

    Carol A. Pendleton, 49, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a red light on Route 1.

    Jan. 25

    Milton J. Stein, 59, of Bangor, was issued a summons for speeding 57 mph in a 35 mph zone on Route 1.

    Adam M. Damon, 28, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for theft by deception on Northport Avenue, stemming from an incident Jan. 12.

    Jan. 26

    Gage Gagnon, 20, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and violating conditions of release on Starrett Drive.

    Abigail I. Maguire, 23, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Belmont Avenue.

    Jan. 28

    Sarah A. Childs, 35, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence on Route 52.
