Belfast Police beat: Eluding an officer, OUI, criminal trespass

    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity June 21 - July 1. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    June 21

    Pablo Brissette, 42, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker on High Street.

    June 22

    Eryn L. Porter, 42, of Belfast, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and failure to provide proof of insurance on Marsh Road.

    June 27

    Scott E. Clark, 35, of Waldo, was issued summonses for operating after habitual offender revocation and failure to stop at a red light on Route 1.

    June 30

    Katie L. Leach, 27, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for texting while driving on Route 3.

    July 1

    Leonid N. Richter, 22, of Belfast, was arrested for eluding an officer, operating under the influence, reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, exceeding the speed limit by 30+ mph, operating after suspension, aggravated criminal mischief, and driving to endanger. Richter was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.

    Philip Dulude, 49, was arrested for criminal trespass on Northport Avenue.
