Belfast Police beat: assault, criminal mischief, speeding

    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Dec. 3-9. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Dec. 3

    Dylan Stinson, 23, of Windham, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release, stemming from an incident Oct. 6.

    Dec. 6

    Guillermo A. Garcia, 24, of Northport, was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle (30-150 days) and an inspection sticker violation on Northport Avenue.

    Edmund F. Clarke, 59, of Manchester, New Hampshire, was issued summonses for operating left of solid center line, imprudent speed, and following too closely on Belmont Avenue.

    James D. Nealey, 25, of Northport, was arrested for operating under the influence on Lincolnville Avenue.

    Dec. 7

    Laura L. Grenier, 58, of Northport, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (30 to 150 days) on High Street.

    Erin M. Nickerson, 42, of Searsport, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Lincolnville Avenue.

    Elizabeth Schaab, 66, of Monroe, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign on Church Street.

    Jason M. Howie, 30, of Belfast, was arrested for assault and criminal mischief on High Street.
