New Wee Folk Creation!

"Here is no question of whiteness, white as can be, with a purple mole at the center of each flower." I found this old poem Queen Anne’s Lace by William Carlos Williams, amazed at how perfect it was for this dress as the bodice is made from birch and the skirt is made from a dried curled bell of Queen Anne's Lace and some dried purple flowers I got from a farm in Maine this summer. It is laced up the back with purple thread and adorned on the front with more dried purple flowers. This one can be found at Red Barn Marketplace.

The Red Barn Marketplace is having a sale October 6-8  (8 to 4 p.m.) from 10-50% off most items from craftspeople in the store. My booth will also have some deep discounts as we wind up for the fall season. Please visit.
