Information Sessions on Popular Degrees Coming Up at URock
Faculty from some of the most popular academic programs available at the UMA Rockland Center will offer one-hour "program information sessions" as informal Q & A sessions with interested and continuing students.
"This is a great way to hear about course requirements, potential jobs and career fields, meet faculty and address questions directly to them," said Deborah Meehan, UMA Rockland's Director. " Any student considering one of these academic pathways is welcome to attend."
The line up of Information Sessions is as follows:
Social Sciences and Mental Health & Human Services - Monday, March 25 Noon - 1:00PM
Computer Information Systems and Cybersecurity - Monday, March 25 - 4 - 5:00PM
Business Administration - Wednesday, March 27 - 4 - 5:00PM
Aviation and Commercial Drone Training - Thursday, March 28 - 2:30 - 3:45PM
Education and Teacher Certification - Wednesday, April 3 - Noon - 1:00PM
All of these sessions are free and open to the public. UMA Rockland Center's staff will also be on hand to discuss support services, the admission process and financial aid.
Pre-registration is encouraged but not required by calling UMA Rockland at 596-6906. More information is available on the web at uma.edu/infosessions.
