Detox and De-Stress with Seaweed

Seaweed can be so soothing to skin because it’s bursting with essentials including vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants.  I use seaweed whenever I get skin stress.  It’s lovely floating in a bath but many of us don’t have tubs or simply don’t feel like cleaning our tubs.  You can use our Seaweed to the Rescue by making a paste.  Or try our Seaweed Remedies which are whole chunks of seaweed that you plaster on an area of skin that needs a little love.  I often add a moist washcloth as seaweed works best wet.  Then pour a favorite drink, find a book or show and chill for a bit.  You’ll feel refreshed for sure.
