Rockport Police beat: OUI, speeding, theft

    ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Nov. 14-25. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    Oct. 28 (late entry)

    Dustin Martin, 34, of Rockport, was charged by Officer Tony Del Vecchio with criminal operating after suspension and violating conditions of release.

    Nov. 4 (late entry)

    Maureen Boyd, 61, of Lincolnville, was charged by Officer Travis Ford with theft

    Nov. 14

    Diana Pomerleau, 65, of Warren, was issued a summons by Officer Sam Butler for speeding 24 mph in a 15 mph zone.

    Richard Remsen, 65, of West Rockport, was issued a summons by S. Butler for speeding 29 mph in a 15 mph zone.

    Scott Nash, 32, of Plymouth, was charged by Del Vecchio with leaving the scene of an accident.

    Nov. 16

    Ayn Pivonka, 29, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Sgt. Jim Moore with operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days.

    Nov. 20

    Jessica M. Marr, 35, of Topsham, was issued a summons by Ford for inspection violation.

    Nov. 23

    John Mathieson, 72, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Moore for operating after suspension.

    Nov. 25

    Ryan Kelly, 29, of Castine, was charged by Moore with operating under the influence and violating conditions of release.
