BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court Sept. 9 - Jan. 11.

Martinique Merrill, 40, of Rockland, probation violation in Lincolnville Nov. 4, 2011, 20 months in prison, probation partially revoked and continued.

Arthur R. Gardiner Sr., 66, of Swanville, probation violation in Swanville Sept. 6, 2013, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Michael Cunningham, 51, of Sidney, probation violation in Northport Oct. 4, 2013, five years in prison with all but nine months suspended and three years of probation.

Shawn D. Kivlin, 42, of Unity, probation violation in Unity Jan. 21, 2005, five years in prison, probation partially revoked and continued.

Thomas A. Emery, 23, of Medway, probation violation in Winterport Nov. 24, 2012, two years in prison, probation partially revoked and continued.
