    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court March 13-26.

    Jason M. Brown, 48, of Waldo, unlawful sexual contact in Waldo Oct. 1, 2004, dismissed.

    Jake Buck, 30, of Windsor, operating after habitual offender revocation in Stockton Springs Nov. 27 nine months and one days in prison.

    Dustin Chase, 30, of Swanville, theft by receiving stolen property in Searsport Dec. 29, 2005, dismissed.

    Crystal Curtis, 30, of Brooks, negotiating a worthless instrument in Troy July 24, dismissed.

    Joshua D. Cutler, 25, of Appleton, unlawful possession of oxycodone in Belfast Aug. 27, 2013, $500 fine.

    Monica Daskam, 37, of Lincolnville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Lincolnville Jan. 16, seven days in jail; burglary in Lincolnville Jan. 16, one years in prison with all but 15 days suspended and one year of probation.

    Richard B. Fredette, 42, of Albion, assault in Belfast Feb. 17, 2013, 364 days in jail with all but 90 days suspended, one years or probation, $4,940.39 restitution and $300 fine; reckless conduct in Belfast Feb. 17, 2013, dismissed.

    William M. James, 23, of Frankfort, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Swanville June 28, 2013, $400 fine; aggravated furnishing of a scheduled drug in Frankfort June 22, 2013, dismissed; aggravated furnishing of a scheduled drug in Frankfort June 28, 2013, dismissed; unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Frankfort June 22, 2013, dismissed.

    April Jones, 28, of Glenburn, criminal trespass in Winterport Sept. 22, five days in jail and $500 fine; robbery in Winterport Sept. 22, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Winterport Sept. 22, dismissed.

    John J. Ronayne Jr., 36, of Frankfort, refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Belfast Feb. 16, 30 days in jail; assault in Belfast Feb. 16, 30 days in jail and $300 fine; domestic violence assault in Belfast Feb. 16, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended or two years of probation.

    James Thomas, 21, of Belgrade, criminal threatening in Belfast Nov. 2, 2013, 24 hours in jail.

    Benjamin L. Thompson, 30, of Searsmont, criminal threatening in Belfast June 8, 2011, $500 fine; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Belfast June 8, 2011, dismissed.

    Kristi L. Vanblarcom, 36, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Lincolnville Jan. 16, one year in prison with all but 30 days suspended and one year of probation; burglary in Lincolnville Jan. 16, dismissed.

    Ryan S. Weaver, 33, of Monroe, theft by receiving stolen property in Monroe Oct. 30, six months in jail and $4,749.80 restitution.
