    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court March 10 through April 11.

    Michael R. Baker, 25, of Montville, probation violation in Palermo Nov. 15, 2008, 15 months in prison, probation partially revoked and continued; probation violation in Brooks March 29, 2009, 15 months in prison, probation partially revoked and continued; probation violation in Brooks March 29, 2009, 15 months in prison, probation partially revoked and continued; probation violation in Searsmont Nov. 19, 2008, 15 months in prison, probation partially revoked and continued; probation violation in Searsmont April 3, 2009, 15 months in prison, probation partially revoked and continued; probation violation in Montville April 12, 2008, one year in prison, probation partially revoked and continued; probation violation in Montville April 12, 2008, 15 months in prison, probation partially revoked and continued; probation violation in Montville Nov. 3, 2008, 15 months in prison, probation partially revoked and continued; probation violation in Searsmont Nov. 19, 2008, 15 months in prison, probation partially revoked and continued; probation violation in Palermo Nov. 15, 2008, 15 months in prison, probation partially revoked and continued; probation violation in Liberty April 1, 2009, one year in prison and probation partially revoked.

    Joanne M. Bernatche, 63, of Bangor, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Winterport March 15, 2011, $400 fine.

    Cory Breen, 25, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast Nov. 13, 2012, eight months in jail and probation partially revoked; violating conditions of release in Belfast Oct. 20, 2013, six months in jail.

    Owen Bucklin, 52, of Brewer, disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Belfast Nov. 26, 2013, five days in jail.

    Brian Carroll, 28, of Swanville, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Swanville Jan. 4, 2013, $400 fine; unlawful possession of hydrocodone in Swanville Jan. 4, 2013, dismissed.

    William Costello Hurley, 21, of Swanville, criminal mischief in Belfast Aug. 8, 2012, $500 fine.

    Harold D. Duprey, 29, of Burnham, driving to endanger in Unity Oct. 3, 2013, $575 fine.

    Kara J. Gordon, 35, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Northport Sept. 20, 2008, 60 days in jail and probation partially revoked.

    Brandon I. Gushee, 27, of Appleton, elver fishing by a resident with one device without a license in Belfast April 28, 2013, $2,000 fine; aggravated forgery in Belfast April 28, 2013, 90 days in jail; elver fishing within 24 hours after noon Tuesday/noon Saturday in Belfast April 28, 2013, $2,000 fine; molesting elver fish gear in Belfast April 28, 2013, $2,000 fine.

    Robert L. Jurdak III, 33, of Unity, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Sept. 16, 2012, two days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Sept. 16, 2012, dismissed.

    Kara J. Kenney, 35, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Feb. 12, 35 days in jail.

    Jessica M. Linscott, 21, of Lincolnville, negotiating a worthless instrument in Belfast April 1, 2013, two years in prison with all but 30 days suspended, two years of probation and $3,024 restitution.

    Rebecca Milbury, 23, of Brandon Vt., probation violation in Freedom Jan. 11, 2011, 11 months in prison and probation partially revoked.

    Torin Sheriden O'Connell, 19, of Fairfield, gross sexual assault in Unity Sept. 12, 2012, dismissed.

    Keith S. Seekins, 48, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Searsport Nov. 9, 2013, $500 fine.

    Raven Sinclair, 19, of Bucksport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Oct. 8, 2013, dismissed.

    Matthew W. St. Pierre, 43, of Hancock, operating after habitual offender revocation in Morrill Sept. 3, 2013, $1,000 fine.

    Christopher D. Whitcomb, 37, of Belmont, probation violation in Searsmont Nov. 7, 2012, 25 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
