    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Dec. 13-25. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Nov. 27

    Cody J. Lewis, 20, of Freedom, was issued a summons for reckless conduct with a firearm on Thompson Farm Road in Jackson, stemming from an incident Aug. 27.

    Dec. 13

    Deputy Cassandra McDonald responded to the scene of a single vehicle accident on Purple Heart Highway in Brooks, where an operator lost control of their vehicle due to snowy conditions. The 2007 Chevy began to slide and the operator stepped on the gas pedal in an effort to correct the vehicle, which ultimately left the roadway and slid into a ditch. Both the driver and a lone passenger were uninjured. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

    Dec. 14

    Jason Bates, 22, of Islesboro, was issued a summons for reckless conduct with a firearm on Thompson Farm Road in Jackson, stemming from an incident Aug. 27.

    Dec. 15

    Paul S. Zittle, 43, of Northport, was issued summonses for disorderly conduct, obstructing the report of a crime, aggravated assault, and aggravated criminal mischief on Northport Avenue in Northport.

    Dec. 16

    Daniel R. Mailloux, 41, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating under the influence and operating after suspension on Woodsman Mill Road in Searsmont.

    Jason Brewster, 34, of Thorndike, was arrested for disorderly conduct on Gordon Hill Road in Thorndike.

    Dec. 18

    Harold Palmer, 55, of Freedom, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign on Quaker Road in Freedom.

    Dec. 19

    Rachelle K. Daley, 23, of Prospect, was arrested for operating under the influence on Spout HIll Road in Prospect.

    Dec. 20

    Anthony Sweetland, 21, of Waldo, was issued a summons for reckless conduct with a firearm on Thompson Farm Road in Jackson, stemming from an incident Aug. 27.
