    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity July 4-13. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    July 4

    Casey Philbrook, 29, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for operating after habitual offender revocation on N. Searsport Road in Frankfort.

    July 7

    Garrett D. Young, 21, of Madison, was issued a summons for speeding 78 mph in a 45 mph zone on Unity Road in Unity.

    Gregory Dasilva, 45, of Winterport, was issued a summonses for domestic violence assault and obstructing the report of a crime on Lebanon Road in Winterport.

    William H. Lavalley, 55, of Winterport, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Swan Lake Avenue.

    July 8

    David Tuck, 50, of Winterport, was arrested for assault.

    Sydney Smith, 45, of Frankfort, was arrested for failure to pay fines.

    Matthew C. Flagg, 25, of Palermo, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Oak Hill Road in Swanville.

    Giovanni J. Golgano, 18, of Belfast, was issued a summons for speeding 74 mph in a 45 mph zone on Oak Hill Road in Swanville.

    Thomas C. Bubar, 32, of Burnham, was arrested for violation of a protection order on Perkins Road in Burnham.

    Phillip McFadden, 24, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal mischief at Waldo County Jail.

    July 9

    Steven M. Harrington, 56, of Knox, was arrested for operating under the influence on Kenney Road in Knox.
