    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Nov. 19 - Dec. 1. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Nov. 12 (late entries)

    Alyssa Totman, 18, of Swanville, was issued summonses for assault and furnishing a place for minors to consume/possess liquor on Oak Hill Road in Swanville.  

    Jennifer Beal, 18, of Swanville, was issued summonses for assault, reckless conduct and furnishing a place for minors to consume/possess liquor on Oak Hill Road in Swanville.  

    Nov. 19

    Devin M. Chambers, 27, of Stockton Springs, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and operating after suspension on Route 1A in Stockton Springs. 

    Nov. 22

    Scott Edmands, 44, of Troy, was arrested for domestic violence assault and obstructing the report of a crime on Troy Center Road in Troy. 

    Deputy Daniel Thompson responded to the scene of a three vehicle accident on Bangor Road in Troy. The driver of a 2008 Hyundai had slowed to turn left into Troy General Store causing the vehicle behind it, a 1998 Chevrolet to also slow. The driver of a third vehicle, traveling behind the Chevrolet failed to notice either of the vehicles ahead had slowed, and struck the Chevrolet, which was then pushed into the Hyundai. The driver and passenger of the third vehicle, a 2004 Jeep, sustained possible injuries, as did the passenger traveling in the Chevrolet. The driver of the Hyundai was uninjured, as was their passenger.

    Nov. 23

    Deputy Daniel Thompson responded to the Kimball Hill Road in Jackson for a deer v. vehicle accident. The driver was uninjured.

    Nov. 25

    Charlene R. Robillard,  53, of Morrill, was issued a summons for operating without license on Belmont Avenue in Belfast. 

    Nov. 26

    Brianna M. Barrows, 26, of Brooks, was issued summonses for failure to register a vehicle (30-150 days) and an inspection sticker violation on Valley Road in Brooks. 

    Robert S. Schlensker, 29, of Belfast, was issued summonses for speeding 67 mph in a 45 mph zone, failure to provide proof of insurance and an inspection sticker violation on Route 7 in Jackson. 

    Nov. 28

    Brandon J. Lacasse, 21, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Oak Hill Road in Swanville. 

    Nov. 29

    Samuel N. Lawrence, 22, of South Yarmouth, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief on Route 1 in Northport.
