    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity July 15-24. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    July 15

    Ashleigh Goslee, 27, of Knox, was issued summonses for failure to provide proof of insurance, operating after suspension and failure to register a vehicle (30-150 days) on Swan Lake Avenue in Swanville. 

    July 16

    Stephen E. Boyle, 44, of Northport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension Ryan Road in Northport, stemming from an incident July 13.

    July 21

    Deputy Daniel Thompson responded to the scene of a single vehicle accident on Unity Road in Thorndike, where the operator reportedly fell asleep behind the wheel. The vehicle, a 2000 Jeep, struck a guardrail, awaking the operator who then over-corrected, causing the vehicle to exit the roadway. After rolling over once the Jeep came to rest in a ditch. The vehicle was towed. The operator was uninjured. 

    July 22

    Floyd Linscott, 68, of Waldo, was issued a summons for cultivation of marijuana on Kendall Corner Road in Troy. 

    Paul F. Hustus II, 22, of Troy, was arrested for aggravated assault on Bishop Road in Troy.

    Shawn T. Thyng, 24, of Jackson, was issued a summons for cultivation of marijuana on Cameron Lane in Jackson. 

    July 23

    Robert C. Later, 35, of Burnham, was arrested for criminal restraint, obstructing the report of a crime, domestic violence assault and violation of probation on South Horseback Road in Burnham.

    Michael S. Scott, 24, of Charlton, Mass., was issued summonses for violating conditions of release, possession of a usable amount of marijuana and use of drug paraphernalia on Albion Road in Unity.

    Sarah A. Fuller, 31, of Monroe, was issued a summons for possession of a usable amount of marijuana on Albion Road in Unity. 

    July 24

    Eric P. Beringer, 30, of Wayne, Pa., was issued a summons for speeding 47 mph in a 30 mph zone on Route 141 in Swanville.
