    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff's Office reported the following activity Sept. 2-5. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Aug. 8 (late entry)

    Damian A. Bucklin, 29, of Winslow, was issued a summons for speeding 70 mph in a 55 mph zone on Route 220 in Unity.

    Sept. 2

    Jalene G. Woodman, 54, of Winterport, was arrested for disorderly conduct on Taylor Lane in Winterport.

    Sept. 3

    Michael Weaver, 33, of Waldo, was arrested for domestic violence assault.

    Sept. 5

    Jessica N. Martin, 31, of Montville, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on North Trotting ark Street in Montville stemming from an incident July 7.

    Jason L. Fogg, 24, of Winterport, was issued summonses for operating under the influence on an ATV on Boston Road in Winterport and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

    Charles J. Dhyse, 71, of Camden, was issued a summons for assault on High Street in Northport.

    Sept. 6

    Joshua Woodward, 20, of Bangor, was arrested for unpaid fines.

    Sept. 7

    Lucas D. Smith, 36, of Fairfield, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Quaker Hill Road in Unity.

    Deputy Jonathan Shaw responded to the scene of a single vehicle accident on Town Hill Road in Frankfort where the vehicle crossed the road and hit a telephone pole head-on. The driver was transported for medical evaluation.

    Sept. 8

    Paul R. Boisclair, 30, of Jackson, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation.

    Kimberly Tyler, 41, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for domestic violence assault on Belfast/Augusta Road in Searsmont.

    Deputy Darrin Moody responded to the scene of a two-vehicle accident on Boston Road in Winterport where the operator of one vehicle side-swiped a second vehicle after failing to keep in the proper lane while turning onto Lebanon Road. Both drivers were uninjured and both vehicle sustained minor damage.

    Sept. 9

    Bradley P. Williams, 59, of Belfast, was issued a summons for harassment on Van Cycle Road in Lincoln.

    Phillip H. Diluca, 22, of Melrose, Mass., was issued a summons for speeding 40 mph in a 30 mph zone on Depot Street in Unity.

    Sept. 11

    Samantha Nash, 23, of Lincolnville, was issued summonses for attaching false plates on Route 1 in Northport, failure to provide proof of insurance and an inspection sticker violation.

    Sept. 13

    Deputy Darrin Moody responded to the scene of a two-vehicle accident on Kendall Road in Winterport where the operator of a 2001 Harley Davidson failed to yield to the right-of-way, leading them to strike the driver's side of a 2005 Pontiac. Both vehicles sustained minor damage. The driver of the Pontiac was uninjured, the driver of the motorcycle, who was wearing a helmet, was transported to Waldo County General Hospital with non-incapacitating head injuries.

    Allen L. Fogg, 25, of Winterport, was issued a summons for hindering apprehension on Boston Road in Winterport.

    Sept. 14

    Elizabeth G. Chorpenning, 20, of Kendallville, Ind., was issued a summons for speeding 39 mph in a 15 mph zone on Quaker Hill Road in Unity.

    Emily M. Leckie, 48, of Southwick, Mass., was issued a summons for speeding 36 mph in a 25 mph zone on Quaker Hill Road in Winterport.

    Scott A. Geissler, 18, of Chicopee, Mass., was issued a summons for speeding 36 mph in a 25 mph zone on Quaker Hill Road in Winterport.
