    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity March 23 - April 4.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    March 23

    Mallory Hamm-Wilson-Frascone, 35, of Carmel, was arrested for operating under the influence and disorderly conduct on Old County Road in Searsort. 

    March 28

    Janine Fraser, 43, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Route 1 in Stockton Springs.

    April 2

    Joseph L. Hills, 35, of Brooks, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Veterans Highway in Brooks. 

    April 3

    Everett J. Rzeszowski, 25, of Walpole, was issued a summons for speeding 30+ mph above the posted limit on Waldo Station Road in Waldo.
