Waldo County Sheriff’s beat: operating after suspension, under the influence

    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity March 16-23. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    March 16

    Taylor Hamor, 18, of Winterport, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, stemming from an incident on Feb. 17.

    March 18

    Christopher King, 29, of Swanville was arrested for failure to appear.

    Derek Skillings, 24, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Oak Hill Road in Swanville.

    Devin Colby, 19, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Oak Hill Road in Swanville.

    March 19

    William Ripley, 24, of Monroe, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Loggin Road in Frankfort.

    March 21

    Abby Henson, 21, of Leesburg, Va., was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and leaving the scene of  property damage accident on Route 1 in Northport.

    Nicholas Leibowitz, 24, of Pittsfield, was arrested for operating under the influence and violation of bail on Route 3 in Searsmont.

    March 23

    Danielle Rodriguez, 27, of Monroe, was issued a summons for imprudent speed on Route 137 in Knox. 

    Brandon M. Hodgdon, 22, of Swanville, was issued a summons for speeding 74 mph in a 45 mph zone on Oak Hill Road in Swanville.
