Wayne H. Bickford, 35, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on Morrow Hill in Searsmont.

    Dec. 2

Jason Trundy, 35, of Winterport, was arrested for domestic violence criminal mischief on Comiker Lane in Winterport.

    Dec. 5

Deputy David Wight responded to a deer versus vehicle accident on Waldo Station Road in Waldo. The vehicle sustained functional damage and the driver was uninjured.

Wight responded to the scene of a single-vehicle accident where an operator traveling northbound lost control of a vehicle after choking on a sip of coffee. The driver lost control of the 2004 Chevrolet, causing the vehicle to cross the centerline and leave the roadside on southbound side. After leaving the roadway the vehicle struck, then jumped a curb, after which it crossed a private driveway before striking two trees. The vehicle struck one tree with its front end and the other with the driver side. The driver sustained abrasions to the head, but was otherwise uninjured. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
