BELFAST — Waldo County General Hospital welcomed its first baby of 2024 on Tuesday, Jan. 2. Parents Amber Farrar and Brock Gordon of Belfast welcomed baby Lincoln at 6 p.m. Lincoln weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.

Gordon said the family had wondered if they’d have a New Year’s baby and are excited to be Waldo’s first baby of the year.

“I think it’s pretty cool,” Gordon said.

Lincoln joins siblings Matthew and Mckenzie, age 9; Max, age 7; and Hazel, age 1.

Congratulations to the family!
