BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Criminal Court Jan. 26 - Feb. 1.

Brian M. Hybers, 26, of Biddeford, probation violation (two counts) in Swanville Aug. 8, 2015, nine months in jail, and probation partially revoked and continued for each count.

David R. Stillman, 53, of Belfast, criminal trespass in Belfast Sept. 15, dismissed.

Brandon Knox, 30, of Biddeford, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Oct. 8, dismissed.

Timothy St. Thomas, 61, of Belfast, disorderly conduct in Belfast Jan. 22, 20 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Belfast Jan. 22, 20 days in jail; terrorizing in Belfast Jan. 22, 20 days in jail; assault in Belfast Jan. 22, 20 days in jail and $300 fine.

Matthew Tebo, 38, of Leicester, Mass., entering or causing a projectile to enter a place illegally in Unity Nov. 13, $100 fine.
